Vitraris SL, as the party responsible for the website, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD) and the rest of the legal regulations in force on the protection of personal data, as well as Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and E-commerce (LSSICE), informs you that it has implemented the necessary security measures, of a technical and organisational nature, to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data entered.

METHOD OF OBTAINING THE DATA AND DATA WE COLLECT

The data we collect and how we obtain it are as follows:

Through the contact form: first name and surname, email.
Through the newsletter subscription form: email.
Through the digital kit information request form: first name and surname, email, company name (non-personal data), website (non-personal data). No specially protected data categories are processed.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

We will not process your personal data for any other purpose than those described, except by legal obligation or judicial requirement.

LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

Vitraris SL does not carry out any transfer of data. The information you provide to us through this website will be hosted on the servers of Vitraris SL, contracted with the company that provides the website hosting service. The processing of the entity's data is governed by a data processor agreement between the provider and this company.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

In the event that you accept our cookies, user interactions may be received by tools developed by Google or Hubspot. We have signed the corresponding Data Privacy Addendum with both companies, in which they undertake to prioritise the data on European servers, whose actions are governed by the GDPR and, in the event that they are received in the USA, they undertake to respect European regulations. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

As a user-interested party, you may request the exercise of the following rights before Vitraris SL by submitting a document to the postal address in the heading or by sending an email to info@vitraris.com, indicating as Subject: "DATA PROTECTION: RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES", and attaching a photocopy of your ID card or any analogous means in law, as indicated by the law.

Rights:

Right of access: Allows the interested party to know and obtain information about their personal data undergoing processing.
Right of rectification or erasure: Allows the correction of errors and the modification of data that turns out to be inaccurate or incomplete.

LANGUAGE

The language applicable to this privacy policy is Catalan. Therefore, in the event of any contradiction in any of the versions provided in other languages, the Spanish version shall prevail.

PROFILING ANALYSIS

The information provided in the different forms, during the interaction with the website and any other data provided during browsing, including the information provided by cookies in relation to browsing habits, entails the acceptance of the processing of this data, with the aim of being segmented or categorised to apply it to the activity related to general administrative management, information, marketing of advertising spaces, profiling, analysis of proposals requested by users/clients, statistical study of the services and content used, tastes and preferences, surveys or forms. We inform you that Vitraris SL may have a presence on social networks. The processing of the data of people who become followers on social networks (and/or carry out any link or connection action through social networks) of the official pages of Vitraris SL will be governed by this section, as well as by those terms of use, privacy policies and access regulations that correspond to the social network that may apply in each case and that have been previously accepted by the user.

Vitraris SL will process your data in order to correctly manage its presence on the social network, informing about activities, products or services of the provider, as well as for any other purpose that the social network regulations allow.
It is prohibited to publish content:

That is allegedly illegal under national, community or international regulations, or that carries out allegedly illegal activities or contravenes the principles of good faith.
That infringes the fundamental rights of individuals, is discourteous on the network, disturbs or may generate negative opinions among our users or third parties, and in general, any content that Vitraris SL considers inappropriate.

SENDING CV

Our website does not allow the sending of CVs. In the event that the user sends their CV through our information email, without it having been requested by Vitraris SL, they are informed that if they do not receive a response, it is because the data sent will have been automatically deleted.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Vitraris SL reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to legislative or jurisprudential developments.

REVOCABILITY

The consent given, both for the processing and for the transfer of the data of the interested parties, is revocable at any time by communicating it to Vitraris SL under the terms established in this Policy for the exercise of rights. This revocation will under no circumstances be retroactive.

LEGISLATION

In general, the relations between Vitraris SL and the users of its telematic services, present on this website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction, to which the parties expressly submit, the Courts and Tribunals of Girona being competent for the resolution of all conflicts arising from or related to their use.
