The old built-in barbecue was replaced with a new, more contemporary and functional one, using the same space. The new design includes a double cooking surface and a convenient side countertop. The old planter was turned into a dividing partition with two shelves, giving it a new use and creating a tidier outdoor area. The result is a practical corner, designed to enjoy meals and gatherings outdoors.
Restoration of a stately façade, recovering its original appearance and highlighting the architectural elements that give it character. The works included the repair and treatment of the wall surfaces, the renewal of coatings and paint, and the recovery of mouldings, decorative details and façade elements. The aim was to restore a well-kept and elegant image, respecting its style and the essence of the original construction.

An underused area of the garden was completely transformed into a functional space. A new paved terrace area was created next to the house to later install a porch. The trees remain the protagonists of the garden. The result is a tidier exterior, with different areas to enjoy and much less maintenance.
The old brick steps, worn by the passage of time, use and exposure to the salty sea winds, were replaced. In their place, a special outdoor flooring was installed, resistant and non-slip, improving the safety and durability of the staircase without losing its integration with the surroundings.
New built stair sections were constructed in the garden to connect the different levels of the terrain and make access to the various areas easier. The steps were paved with the same non-slip outdoor flooring used in other areas of the property, achieving aesthetic continuity and a resistant, safe solution for everyday use.
The paved area around the pool was enlarged, replacing part of the lawn with a resistant, non-slip outdoor flooring, in continuity with that of the other staircases and garden areas. This solution makes cleaning and maintaining the pool easier, prevents soil and grass debris from ending up in the water and gains usable surface to enjoy the outdoors.

To improve water drainage, copper-toned rainwater channels were installed, chosen to blend discreetly with the exposed brickwork and the roof. Discreet collection channels were also incorporated into the flooring itself, to drain rainwater and irrigation water and avoid accumulations at the foot of the patio doors.
