What does a printed concrete floor include?

Ground preparation

We remove the old paving if there is any, then level and compact the base so the floor does not sink or crack.

Mesh-reinforced concrete

We pour the concrete over welded mesh, at the right thickness for the use: footpath, terrace or vehicle access.

Colours and finishes

Stone, slate, wood or cobblestone effect, in sand, cream, grey or terracotta tones, to suit your home.

Non-slip

Designed for pool surrounds, steps, ramps and driveways, even when the floor is wet.

Joints and falls

We cut expansion joints and give the surface the right fall so rainwater drains away.

Sealing and repair

We finish with a resin that brings out the colour and protects against sun and salt air. We also repair and reseal existing printed concrete.

How much does printed concrete cost per square metre?

It mainly depends on the area, the state of the ground, the thickness the use requires and the finish. On small areas the price per metre is higher, because preparation weighs more. After seeing the site we give you a fixed price per square metre.

How long does it last and how do I look after it?

Properly laid, it stays in perfect condition for many years. Just clean it with water and neutral soap and renew the sealant every few years, especially near the sea.

Can it be laid over my existing floor?

Sometimes, if the base is sound and the height of doors and drains allows it. We assess it during the visit; if it is not possible, we remove the old paving.

Is it suitable for the pool area and the driveway?

Yes. With a non-slip finish it is a good option around the pool, and at the right thickness it takes vehicle traffic.

Can you repair worn printed concrete?

Yes. If it has lost colour or shine, we clean it and reseal it; if it has cracks or sunken areas, we assess whether repairing them is enough or that section should be redone.
